FAQs

What claims do you deal with?
We deal with Road Traffic accidents, work accidents and accidents in public places. We also run cases that are a bit different from this so feel free to leave you details and we can see if we can get your compensation claim up and running.

How much do you charge?
We have an agreement with our panel of solicitors who pay us for the work we do. So if you win the solicitor will claim their charges from the third party and our payment is within that sum.

What happens if I lose?
If you have told the truth and you lose your case the solicitor may have to claim on an insurance policy that they have taken out to protect you from any costs.

How long will it take?
We cannot state how long the case will take as each case is different but rest assured the solicitors bring the case to a conclusion as soon as they can.

Will I have to visit the solicitor and fill out paperwork?
You do not have to visit the solicitor as they will be speaking to you on the phone and if they accept your case they will send the paperwork to us so we can arrange a visit so all the documents can be fully explained and signed.

How much compensation will I receive?
You will receive 100% compensation and there is an approximate guide below of what you can expect compensation wise, although every award is unique and different.
